Overview
Chand Baori or Abhaneri Step Well is a stepwell located in the Abhaneri village near Jaipur which is a favored tourist destination. The stepwell at Abhaneri is popular as the most photogenic stepwells of the world.
Chand Baori at Abhaneri gives tourists a mesmerizing experience as this oldest living stepwell of India boasts of over 3,500 narrow steps with a 13 stories structure. The architecture, sculptures, temples, and legends of the place will definitely teleport you to a time hundreds of years ago when the royals ruled the state. The beauty of Abhaneri Step Well lies in its history as the stepwell has been in existence since the 8th Century. Till date, the step is functional but not up to its total limits. A famous temple known as Harshat Mata Mandir is located about 100 meters to the west of Chand Baori with a dome roof. It is believed that Harshat Mata is the goddess of happiness and Joy.

Abhaneri Stepwell Day Trip Itinerary
Day 01
Our driver will meet you at your place and take you to Bhangarh Fort which is 90 kms / 2 Hours drive from Jaipur. We spend 3-4 hours at Bhangarh Fort for taking picture of Fort, Temples & Hills around the Fort.
1400 Hours :After taking Lunch on highway you will be transfer to visit Abhaneri Stepwell also known as Chand Baori.
1630 Hours :On the way back to Jaipur you can also take stop for seeing colorful villages of Rajasthan.
